Shipping & Returns


General Information

Should you need an item within a specific time frame , please contact us and we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date for your merchandise.

Your Credit Card will be charged when we receive the order to start the order process.

We use UPS for all orders to US and Canadian addresses and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped when the merchandise is ready. Typically you will receive your order in 5 – 7 business days using standard ground service.

U.S. Shipping Costs

$0 - $299 = $5.95
$300 and up = FREE

We are glad to ship orders internationally. For orders shipped to Canada a $10 fee will be added to normal shipping costs. For all other countries a $30 shipping fee will be added. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for shipping. For questions or concerns about international shipping please contact us.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and use PayPal for credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by E-mail only. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refunds.

Refunds/Exchanges/Store Credit may be requested for all merchandise received back within 21 days as long as it is in its original condition. The merchandise must not have been used, contained in its original packaging and all product and price tags attached to the merchandise. A credit refund will be issued for the value of the merchandise less shipping costs. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
